02Definitions

• “Agency”, “we” or “us” refers to Idealizeer, a brand of Idealizeer Content Solutions Pvt Ltd.
• “Client” refers to any person, business or institution that engages the Agency for services.
• “Services” refers to branding, advertising, digital marketing, website and app development, print media, consulting and related work offered by the Agency.
• “Deliverables” refers to the designs, content, websites, campaigns and other work produced for a Client.

03General terms

• Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who have reached the age of 18 and businesses that are legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Website use: Information on this website is general and is not an offer. Users must not misuse, copy or try to gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Accurate information: Clients must provide accurate briefs, content and approvals on time. Delays in inputs may change the timeline.

04Projects and payments

• Scope: Every project is agreed through a written proposal or quotation that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
• Payment terms: Fees, advance payments and milestones will be clearly outlined in the proposal. Applicable taxes will be charged as per law. Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, will be borne by the Client.
• Revisions: The number of revision rounds is as stated in the proposal. Extra changes or new work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Third-party costs: Costs for media, printing, hosting, domains, stock images, fonts or software are separate unless included in the proposal.

05Intellectual property

• On full payment, the Client owns the final approved Deliverables, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Concepts, drafts and options not selected remain the property of the Agency.
• All content on this website, including designs, text, logos, videos and project work, belongs to the Agency or its clients and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
• The Agency may display completed work in its portfolio with the Client’s permission.

06Liability and disclaimer

• The Agency aims to deliver quality work and accurate information, but results such as leads, sales, rankings or reach may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• Limitation of liability: The Agency will not be liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of this website or its services. Our total liability for any project will not exceed the fees paid for that project.

07Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

08Grievance redressal

The Agency has a grievance redressal mechanism in place to address any complaints or concerns. Clients and users can submit their grievances to the Grievance Officer.
